Terms
These terms govern your use of Westering, including this website. By using Westering, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Using Westering
Use Westering lawfully and only as these terms allow. Do not misuse it, interfere with it, reverse engineer it, cheat, try to reach anything you are not allowed to, or use it to harm others. We may suspend or end your access, or remove your game, at any time, for any reason.
Changes to Westering
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Westering, including levels and saved progress, at any time.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Our property
Westering, including its software, design and content, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms give you no rights in it beyond using Westering as they allow.
No warranties
Westering is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free or secure, or that your progress will be kept.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, even if we were told it might happen. Our total liability for all claims about Westering is limited to the greater of what you paid us for Westering in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
Your responsibility
You agree to defend and cover us against claims, losses and costs that arise from your use of Westering or your breaking these terms.
Disputes
If you have a concern, contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, where the law allows.
General
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part, we have not waived it. You may not transfer these terms; we may. If you have signed a separate agreement with us, it controls where it differs.
Changes
We may change these terms at any time by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Using Westering after that means you accept them.
Effective date: 18 October 2026.
